What We're Looking For
**High school diploma minimum**
-
BA/BS completed or in progress preferred (Psychology, Education, Child Development or other related fields)
-
RBT Certification
-
Some experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
-
Must be self-motivated, responsible, honest and articulate
-
Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
-
Effectively communicate with others (clients, family members, agency staff)
-
Accept, follow, and implement direction from agency representatives
-
Ability to be creative, spontaneous, excited, and animated in your gestures, facial expressions and voice interactions

Other Requirements:
This position requires traveling to clients’ homes: expected daily travel is at least 15 miles.

Have reliable transportation, current liability insurance for the vehicle and a clean driving record

Must be able to kneel, bend, and push/pull/lift 30 lbs
-
Have a telephone and reliable method to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours
